Sixth Form Leadership skills (Years 11-12)
The workshop begins with a forum theatre performance reflecting some of the issues surrounding work and managing time as a sixth former. Using games, mind mapping and role-play, the students then work in smaller groups on a more detailed analysis of the skills needed to succeed a leadership role. These include relationships and interpersonal skills, making executive decisions, team building and presentation skills. The students are encouraged to look at the impact their behaviour can have on other people through body language scenes and small group role-play.
